Bullseye Products Refunds and Return Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

– has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

– is unsafe

– is significantly different from the sample or description as advertised

– doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Should Bullseye Products process a refund if you have changed your mind, we will deduct any merchant fees charged to process that transaction.

 

How many days do I have to return my item?

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However we would love to get more feedback on the reason of your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

If your item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping for all domestic and international orders.

If you have simply changed your mind, unfortunately return shipping is at your cost.

 

What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the 14-day window aforementioned, we will refund you by your original payment method.

If you return your order after that period but before 28 days of delivery, the amount will be refunded in the form of a site credit to be used in our webstore within 1 month.

 

 

When will I receive my refund?

We will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. We might however delay the refund if we haven’t received the item within that time window, or we don’t receive evidence that the item was returned.

 

How much will the refund be?

The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost, unless you have chosen a non-standard delivery method such as expedite or express shipping.

We may organise shipping on your behalf, instead of refunding the shipping cost.
